We will update this list and add official email addresses for newly elected councillors as they are issued, published and verified.

Changing details does not overwrite your edits until you update the letter.

Long letters may not transfer fully in some email apps. If needed, copy the letter, open a blank email and paste it. Always review the entire draft before sending.

Before you send.

Does this send automatically?

No. The button opens a draft in your configured email app. You choose the sending account and press Send. The website cannot confirm delivery.

What happens to my information?

This letter builder does not submit or save your form entries to a database. Reloading the page clears them. Copying or downloading saves text to your device; opening email passes the draft to your chosen email application. Every generated email draft includes advocacy@mapleleafsquare.ca in CC. If you send with that CC included, the advocacy inbox receives your name, email address and full message. You can edit recipients in your own email app before sending. Hosting may retain standard access logs.

Why are there different letters?

Provincial letters request clarity on condominium powers and cost recovery. The federal letter asks about enforcement funding and measurable outcomes. Municipal letters ask the Mayor and councillors for effective enforcement, clear reporting processes, public results and next steps. Select the appropriate office and review the wording before sending.

What if an official email is not available yet?

The new Council term begins November 15, 2026. Some incoming representatives do not yet have a verified official office email. We will update the website and add these official email addresses as they are issued, published and verified. You can still prepare, copy or download your letter and check the linked City information. Email-opening buttons are unavailable for those entries. We do not substitute a campaign address or an outgoing representative’s inbox.

Sources and recipient information

Municipal recipients and published office contacts were reviewed on October 27, 2026. The incoming roster follows the City’s published results, with all polls reporting and certification pending. Incoming representatives are marked where office contact details are still pending. Check the linked official directory for the latest information. This is an independent, owner-led letter-writing tool, not an official government or condominium corporation website.

Ausma Malik (Ward 10, Maple Leaf Square’s ward) appears first, followed by Ward 13. Remaining wards are ordered by occupied condominium dwellings per square kilometre, using the City’s 2021 Census profiles and ward boundaries. Counts include owner-occupied and rented condos; they are not a current inventory of all condo units. This ordering helps visitors browse; it does not limit who they can contact.
